Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final, and refunds are not available. Once a digital planner, sticker, or other downloadable product is purchased, it cannot be returned or refunded.
However, if you experience any issues accessing or using your digital product, or if the file is defective, please contact us at support@sanctifiedmissionary.com. We will gladly assist you by providing a replacement.
Physical Products
For any physical items shipped to clients, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for shipped products. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@sanctifiedmissionary.com within 7 days of delivery with details and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter and, if applicable, provide a replacement.
